Hi expecting mothers, who are dreaming of a successful VBAC.

1. Road to a successful one is first and foremost a POSITIVE MINDSET. I've never for once even thought of a failed VBAC. Always in my mind, I can picture myself delivering my baby normally and successfully. Start off with that. 

2. It would be prayers as prayers nurtures your mind and soul, it helps with keeping up with positive mindset. Doa. Jangan berhenti berdoa.

3. It would be getting the right doctor who fully supports VBAC. Wrong doctor would result in you doubting your capabilities. 

4. Spouse support.. Educate your husband on VBAC and how it's very important to you. You will need him to cheer you on when the day comes. 

5. It would be to be active during your final trimester. Do anything: gardening, vacuuming, walking up & down the stairs, etc. God willing, you will have your dream VBAC. Trust your body and trust Allah.
